new high-performance Industrial Secure Digital (SD) Memory Card products
are a high speed, solid-state storage solution, featuring a rugged compact
form factor. They are ideal for industrial and enterprise
applications.
With an advanced 9-pin connector, MagicRAM's new Industrial SD memory
cards are optimized for use in rugged environmental applications and can
withstand adverse conditions and extreme temperatures.
MagicRAM's Industrial SD Cards are based on
Single Level Cell (SLC) NAND Flash. They are offering higher endurance,
reliability and performance, designed to meet the requirements of embedded
applications.

The Industrial SD contains a high level,
intelligent subsystem that provides many capabilities including:
- Host independent from details of erasing and
programming flash memories
- Powerful ECC algorithms
- Dynamic wear-leveling algorithms
- Power management for low power operation
MagicRAM offers Industrial SD Cards ranging from 256MB to 4GB.
They are available in standard (0°C - +70°C) or extended temperature (-40°C -
+85°C).
