MagicRAM's Industrial Grade CompactFlash Memory Card is the super small, reliable, removable data storage solution for current and next-generation consumer electronics. Using an ATA interface, it emulates an IDE hard disk drive, providing the capability to easily capture, retain and transfer data between digital cameras, cellular phones, MP3 players and all portable computing devices.

The Industrial Grade CF Card is extremely rugged and reliable, yet requires no maintenance. It uses very low power during operation, yet offers very high performance and zero-power data retention.

MagicRAM Industrial Grade CF card offers NAND architecture, 3.3 and 5 volt compatibility, shock resistance, and low power requirements. It provides industry standard compatibility that fully meets PCMCIA and CFA electrical and mechanical specifications.

MagicRAM Industrial Grade CF card feature MTBF (mean Time Between Failure) of 3,000,000 hours and 1,000,000 write/erase cycles.

Capacities are available from 32MB to 4GB in standard (0°C - +70°C) and extended temperature (-40°C - +85°C)
