MagicRAM's embedded USB MicroFlash is all in one module solution for solid-state flash disk. It complies with 10 pin embedded USB interface on motherboard and is ideal for data storage or boot disk in portable and embedded systems with limited space.
MagicRAM's embedded USB MicroFlash is constructed using best in-class SLC (Single-Level Cell) flash components with enhanced Error Correction Code (ECC) functions, advanced wear leveling algorithms, and reserve block management. Control of every aspect of each drive is assured by a configurable part number and a locked down Bill of Materials (BOM), minimizing unscheduled field inspections and product replacement. |
