This product is well suited for embedded flash storage applications offering new and expanded functionality as well as more cost-effective designs, better performance and increased reliability.

MagicRAM’s Industrial Grade IDE MicroFlash is constructed using best in-class SLC (Single-Level Cell) flash components with enhanced Error Correction Code (ECC) functions, advanced wear leveling algorithms, and reserve block management. Control of every aspect of each drive is assured by a configurable part number and a locked down Bill of Materials (BOM), minimizing unscheduled field inspections and product replacement.

Industrial Grade IDE MicroFlash provides standard security mode that allows host to implement a security password system to prevent unauthorized access to the MicroFlash.
