MagicRAM’s Commercial Grade IDE MicroFlash is constructed using MLC NAND Flash components with enhanced Error Correction Code (ECC) functions, advanced wear leveling algorithms, and reserve block management.

Control of every aspect of each drive is assured by a configurable part number and a locked down Bill of Materials (BOM), minimizing unscheduled field inspections and product replacement.
